I am just writing to say thank you for helping me to pass my NCE exam to become a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. I had previously failed my first attempt to pass the Texas LPC exam in 2003 and since then have been afraid to take the new NCE exam for fear of failing a second time. After going through another study course twice in the last three years, I needed a change and a new approach. Your Encyclopedia of Counseling book and audio series was just the thing I needed. While the other study course was very thorough, I needed the simplicity that your course offered and I passed with 30 points to spare! Thank you again for helping me to achieve my dream!

I want to offer my heartfelt thanks for the work you have done with your NCE study materials. I was skeptical at first of using study aids, (remembering old boring prep books for the GRE). But I was amazed at the wealth of information in your Encyclopedia of Counseling. Also the CD's were very helpful even though I am more of a visual learner than an auditory learner. My wife, who is a pharmacist, listened to some of the CD's with me and remarked how funny you are and how clear you are in your presentation of information. I really believe your materials along with www.counselingexam.com were the main reasons I passed the NCE on the first try.

I have been waiting with great anticipation for my results after taking my exam on 4/19. Well, you did it again. I passed!! Your material allowed me to be totally prepared for the test. After reading through and answering the exhausting 1000 questions in your book, combined with listening to the audio materials, sitting down and looking at the test booklet seemed like a breeze. And the Super Review was, well, SUPER. I listened to it two days before, the day before and driving to the test. I never got to listen to the anxiety reducing CD because frankly, I felt so prepared, I wasn't anxious. After being out of school for several years, your material was what saved me. Thank you!!

Dr. Rosenthal — I passed the NCE on the first try, thanks to your book, "The Encyclopedia of Counseling". Your book was a thorough preparation for the test. I needed a refresher because I completed graduate school in 1989. I have worked as a counselor since then but forgot some of the names and details of theories. Your book helped me get the necessary tune-up for the test. I bought some other really dry materials and quickly disgarded them when I found inaccuarcies. THANK YOU for created a system that allowed me to pass a difficult test, 16 years after graduate school.

I passed! Thank you so much! This is my third time setting for the exam. I tried this expensive long boring book called the [edited]. I must have read this book eight times, all 600 pages. The computer program never did work and the tapes … were poor compared to your audio materials. After I flunked the first time I called them and they told me I would have to pay again for the next computer program. For the second test I found a computer program from the state of [edited] with a study guide from [edited]. Then for the third time I used your study material. It was easy to read and fun to work with. I did not feel like I was being punished with hundreds of hours of review for the test. You were easy to work with … I studied your material by itself for about two months and passed. This is fantastic because I have a learning disability. Thanks again.
